Seminars

Mortgage PeopleTM deal with major banks as well as alternative lending institutions. Our brokers deal with more lenders than the amount prescribed by the New Zealand Mortgage Brokers Association, to ensure that clients have the full spectrum of lending options available to them.

Our company structure allows for a hands on approach from upper management, ensuring that the quality of loan applications and a strict code of ethics are maintained. Mortgage PeopleTM work to maintain the highest levels of professionalism at all times so that all lenders we have business relationship with benefit from having us as a distribution channel and an ambassador of their goodwill.

All Mortgage PeopleTM brokers are required to be members of the Professional Advisers Association and to adhere to the regulations of the professional body. Our brokers also take part in lender surveys to help consult on various items and communicate the needs and wants of our clients to the lenders.

Aside from our involvement with the NZMBA and PAA our Directors work regularly with the major lenders to improve systems and deal with the major issues that face the industry as a whole. Many of the concepts, processes and systems in place today are direct results of the input from our founding directors.
