After graduating from University with an Economics and Accounting Qualification, Gary taught high school students for three years before joining one of the leading banks in South Africa - Standard Bank; in their Property Finance Division. This was followed by heading up a Property Finacne Team at Syfrets Bank. SInce arriving in Auckland Gary spent time with Elders Finance as a Finance Manager before joining People Group. Gary has extensive experience in the industry and has worked in the Auckland market specialising in the structuring and management of property development loans that include mezzanine and equity participation since 2003. Gary's funding knowledge extends over Commercial, Industrial and Residential developments as well as that of investment properties. Gary is dedicated to the development and maintenance of relationship building with both his clients and lenders.
