Steve joined Mortgage People at the start of 2007 within the commercial team, after having spent over 25 years in the retail and commerical banking sector. Steve's vast experience incorporates time with Trust Bank, HSBC and SH Lock. As a Commercial Broker Steve's skill and expertise are in structuring loans for property investment, development funding and finance for small to medium business. Steve has the ability to assist all clients what ever their need; existing clients include first home buyers through to the seasoned investors and developers.
