Entries will be accepted by: website submission; direct on the phone; by facsimile; in person or by return of a completed voucher. Once your entry has been confirmed for the prize draw, your entry will remain in the draw for the three draw period; and winners are only eligible for one prize per three draw period as detailed below. All winners details will go back in the draw from 1st March the following year.

Eligibility for the prize draw is confirmed once a financial review has been completed and business written through a Mortgage People &/or Insurance People Adviser. A financial review is to be completed by an Adviser of Mortgage People & Insurance People. Existing customers are welcome to enter the prize draw under the same terms and conditions. Employees and independent contractors of Mortgage People™, Insurance People™, People Limited, or Mortgage People Management and their families are not eligible for the prize draw.

The prize is for the amount of $5,000 and is to be deposited with any Registered New Zealand Bank in a standard term deposit account for a minimum term of three years. The term deposit account must be in the child’s name or in joint names with a parent and/or guardian, as applicable to that bank. The prize is not convertible or transferable.
There will be three audited prize draws each year, as specified;
Draw 1 1st November to 28th February prize drawn on 1st March;
Draw 2 1st March to 30th June prize drawn on 1st July;
Draw 3 1st July to 31st October prize drawn on 1st November
Head Office will notify winners by phone on the day the prize is drawn followed by written confirmation. Winner’s details will be used in marketing and advertising; use of first names, and a photo for the following four months by way of posters within our offices; and on our websites – www.mortgagepeople.co.nz and www.insurancepeople.co.nz.

An analysis is completed specific to your requirements; any action taken will be as agreed with you. Our reviews and normal services come at no cost to you, however for more complex situations, development funding solutions and commercial property mortgages, these will be treated on a case by case basis and a fee may be payable, this is discussed with you at the start of the process if applicable.
