> Inner City Apartments

Apex Apartments
The Apex Apartments are an 11 apartment complex tucked away in a very quiet, but central part of Ponsonby, Auckland. ‘Apex” is situation on a tightly angled corner site (47’), which gives rise to a unique apartment complex. The three levels of apartments are sunny, warm and spacious and were created with a keen eye for detail. Funding for the development and purchase of this project was arranged by People Limited.

17 Fleet Street
17 Fleet Street is an apartment complex situated in the popular fringe city area of Eden Terrace, Auckland. The complex is made up of a completed 4 level apartment tower and a two level apartment tower, with the eastern facades overlooking the recently landscaped Basque Park. There are 16 one bedroom apartments, all complete with secure ground floor car parking. The project and long term finance was arranged by People Limited.

Platinum Ridge
Platinum Ridge is an outstandingly attractive architectural landmark. Widely admired as one of the finest residential developments on the Queenstown landscape. It is a triumph of contemporary and traditional alpine design. This development consists of thirteen luxurious and spacious townhouses, each with spectacular views across Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu. The funding for this development was arranged by People Limited.

Ponsonby Post Office
The Ponsonby Post Office, an iconic building erected circa 1912, was left to deteriorate for many years. After a grand refurbishment on the 408m2 site it once again enjoys its rightful status as centre for the public, hosting the Southern Hemisphere’s first Belgian Beer Café themed in a new cosmopolitan design concept straight out of 1930’s Belgium. Funding for this project was arranged by People Limited.

Nui Whenua Development
The Nui Whenua Development is a two level villa with an architecturally matching office block. This multimillion dollar property is located south of the Mt Eden shopping centre, and has been comprehensively renovated to a high standard. Funding for the initial purchase, the development phase, as well as the long term finance once completed, was arranged by People Limited.

> Commercial & Industrial Buildings

BNZ Building
The BNZ building is located on the corner of Queen and Wyndham Street’s downtown, central Auckland. A number of Strata Title floors within the Building were purchased and tenanted by the Bank of New Zealand and the New Zealand Government Audit Department. The purchaser of the multimillion dollar property required both a first and second mortgage. The transaction of this property was funded by People Limited.

Hinemoa Centre
The Hinemoa Centre is a four storey commercial building located in the centre of Rotorua City. When the building was purchased, it was both vacant and in need of great repair. This building has since been upgraded and refurbished to a high standard and is today used predominately for retail shopping and office space. Both the purchase and redevelopment of this centre city building, was arranged by People Limited, along with the long term commercial investment finance.

Tryphena
Housing the renowned “Swashbucklers” restaurant along the with other marine related businesses, this building is in a prime location within Auckland City. It is situated on the western fringe of the Auckland CBD, and is adjacent to the Westhaven Boat Marina on Westhaven Drive. The purchase and subsequent long term finance for this prime location property was arranged by People Limited.

Harvest Planning
This two-level multi-office development is located within the Silverdale industrial precinct on a road frontage site. The offices within the development are primarily owner occupier offices, with the remainder of the space being let to third party tenants. This building was funded by People Limited.

> Residential Development

Wallace Street Villa, Herne Bay
The Wallace Street Villa, originally built for the prominent Goldie family in the 1890’s was a grand 2 level, wooden weatherboard and iron roofed villa spanning 1333m2. Architect Phillip Jones took on the task of restoring the original villa to show its past grandeur. The villa has been refurbished to a high standard, retaining its traditional style and character, with the inclusion of separate living areas, reception and lap pool, now covering an area of 900m2. The remaining 433m2 of the property was then subdivided into vacant land. Funding for the purchase, subdivision and refurbishment of this project was arranged by People Limited.

Epsom Limited
Located on Manukau Road, Auckland. This project involves the construction of eight 220m2 dwellings along with significant landscaping to the site. This is a popular residential area, close to a wide range of amenities. More recently, existing dwellings have been removed and townhouse developments carried out to cater for the current demand in the general locality. Each dwelling is to have its own secured courtyard area including both cobblestone paving and significant landscaping. The purchasing of the land and project funding was arranged by People Limited.

> Land & Subdivisions

Mt Pisa
The Mt Pisa Station, situated in the heart of Central Otago (between Wanaka and Cromwell) dates back to the 1860’s, and was a significant high country station in its time. The 132ha site was subdivided into 22 lots, housing vineyards, cherry orchards and lifestyle blocks, restoring the past prestige to the area. The station is in close proximity to a number of New Zealand’s great tourist attractions including Queenstown, Wanaka, Lake Dunston and the great southern ski fields. Funding for the purchase and subdivision of this project was arranged by People Limited.

NZ Rose Park
Pukekohe is a country town with city influences, only half an hour south from Auckland City. Surrounded by a patchwork of market gardens, this thriving rural centre has enjoyed considerable growth in recent years. The Rose Park subdivision is in a prime location; adjoining the Pukekohe Hill School and only a short walk to the local shops. This subdivision offers 61 north facing level contour sections, within the thriving Pukekohe area. Funding for the purchase and subdivision of this project was arranged by People Limited.

Quail Road Albany
These 35 sections are located on Quail Road in Albany. Albany is a rapidly growing industrial, commercial and residential zone within the Auckland region. Situated at the northern end of the North Shore, Albany is only 15 kilometres from the heart of Auckland City. Albany is home to the North Harbour sports stadium as well as Massey Universities northern campus. The purchase and subdivision for this land was arranged by People Limited.

Greenlane, Pukekohe
These 28 sections are located within a well regarded part of Pukekohe, known as Pukekohe Heights. In this position the land is well situated to take advantage of the local amenities; such as the local primary school, high school as well as the local parks and reserves. Pukekohe town centre being north east, offers a full range of commercial and retail facilities. Both the purchase and subdivision of this land was funded by People Limited.

Willow Grange Piedmont Holdings
Located on Duck Creek Road, Dairy Flat, Stillwater, these 14 lifestyle blocks offer a pleasant rural location. Stillwater is a growing area, and with its rural location, together with the proximity and access to Auckland City, it undoubtedly will maintain its popularity. The purchase and development of this project was funded by People Limited.

Waterfront
The Waterfront Suites is an all Suite Hotel perfectly located in the Bay of Islands. It allows residents to enjoy the Ti Te beach and all the attractions that the Bay of Island has to offer. The Hotel consists of 30 beautifully designed one and two bedroom suites, offering stunning sweeping views of the ocean or alternatively the native bush hills of Nihonui Reserve. The site was refurbished to an extremely high standard with the inclusion of a BBQ recreational area and double spa pools along with various other facilities. Funding for the purchase and development of this project was arranged by People Limited.

Top Village
Located at 57 Ward Street, Pukekohe. “Top Village” is a village consisting of 100 rest home units, with the inclusion of a managers unit within the existing dwelling. Each unit title will range in size from 231m2 to 357m2, with the managers unit comprising 659m2.

Russell Cottages, Russell
Russell Cottages are a group of colonial style cottages in New Zealand’s first capital, and thus accompanied by much historical interest. The ‘village’ consists of seventeen, premium three and four bedroom dwellings built from traditional timber weatherboard and with solid timber floors. The cottages are located in the heart of Russell, adjacent to the historic school site on Chapel Street. The site has been refurbished to an extremely high standard with the inclusion of a heated swimming pool, a pavilion and other facilities. Each fully serviced cottage is available for public use for a hassle free holiday or a weekend getaway. Funding for the purchase and development of this project was arranged by People Limited.
